X-Ray disease detection

This web app can detect 14 different diseases with their bounding boxes. The detector was 375th out of 1277 in the Kaggle competition for disease detection on X-ray images.

Foam segmentation

This app is used to segment bubbles from images taken during the production of foam in the laboratory. This allows to evaluate the quality of foams. The interface allows to remove and add bubbles from the automatic segmentation.

This mobile app was part of a project with Lanit Tercom. The goal was to automatically detect the breed of a dog on images.
